What They Offer:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, plus Saturdays on a 1-in-3 rota basis.

  • Competitive Salary: Basic up to £32,000 per annum.

Your Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of the service department, ensuring all customers receive a positive first and last impression. Key duties include:

  • Greeting customers and addressing their inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop team.

  • Upselling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.

  • Managing appointments, updating customer records, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Working closely with the service team to maintain high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Service Advisor, Receptionist, or Parts Advisor within the automotive industry.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.

  • Strong IT literacy and organisational abilities to manage a busy workload effectively.

  • Self-motivation, with a proactive and flexible approach to team support.

  • A full UK manual driving license is essential.
