LCV Technician Vacancy - Luton Based Fleet Company
  • Basic Salary circa £38,000
  • Monday - Friday Shift Work 
  • Week 1: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Week 2; 11:00am - 8:00pm (Shift allowance paid on this shift) 
  • No Weekends. 
My client is a fleet service provider based in Luton. They're currently on the lookout for a new LCV technician to assist them with their current fleet repair contracts. Ideally they need a mechanical all-rounder, who is confident in fault-finding, maintenance and a variety of repairs. 

They are an independent company, who work contracts for some of the UK's biggest companies. They value their staff highly and this is reflected in the highly competitive salary. 
 
Responsibilities of an LCV Technician:
  • Conducting routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a range of vehicles, mostly LCVs. 
  • Fault finding / Diagnostics. 
  • Ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Teamwork. 
  • Following health and safety protocol. 
Key Requirements for the LCV Technician:
  • Ideally level 3 Qualified - Time served will be considered. 
  • Committed to high quality work. 
  • Flexibility in working on a variety of vehicles, with an emphasis on utility vans, flexible hire vehicles, and fleet management units.
  • Ideally be refrigeration qualified although this isn't necessary to apply.
