In this Service Advisor role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a high standard of service throughout their vehicle servicing and repair journey. You’ll be responsible for managing customer interactions in person, via phone, and email, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and satisfying experience for all.
You’ll use your excellent communication skills to quickly identify customer needs, offer solutions, and keep them updated on their vehicle’s progress. Whether it’s booking services, upselling, or following up, you’ll
be key in driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Service Advisor Package:
- Salary: £27,000
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00-17:30
- Location: Manchester
- Company pension

- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
- Book and manage service and repair jobs, ensuring all details are correct and workshop availability is optimised.
- Maintain accurate records and update customers on vehicle progress.
- Handle payments and organise loan car bookings when needed.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to a motivated team environment.
- Follow-up with customers post-service and handle any queries.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in a target-driven role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to customer interaction, with a passion for problem-solving.
