- Basic salary: Up to £30,000 per year
- Start date: January 2025
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
- 1 in 2 Saturdays: 08:00 - 13:00 (with flexibility to swap and cover; contract will read every other Saturday)
- Potential to reduce to 1 in 3 Saturdays in the future.
- Bonus Scheme:
- £15 per service plan sold (3-5 per week, no hard selling required).
- Upselling bonus in January.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, handling all service inquiries.
- Book vehicle services, repairs, and MOTs in line with customer requirements.
- Use Pinnacle DMS and ServiceBox – Stellantis systems to manage customer appointments and service documentation.
- Upsell services and products, including service plans, to help achieve targets.
- Provide clear communication with customers regarding service progress and any additional work required.
- Ensure a high standard of customer care, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Pinnacle DMS and Service Box is beneficial, though training can be provided.
- Ability to upsell and meet service plan targets without being pushy.
