Due to expansion our client a Franchised Car Dealership in the Crawley / Gatwick area are looking to recruit a new service advisor to join their expanding and busy team! 

Our client is being specific on experience and the successful candidate must have UK Automotive experience and be able to travel to Crawley for the long term. 

Your day to day duties as a Service Advisor will include but not limited to: 
  • Going beyond the call of duty to ensure you deliver world class customer service
  • Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians
  • Liaison with customers about any additional work required
  • Greeting customers and scheduling services
  • Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Responding to customer requests
  • Tracking the vehicle through the workshop and updating customers throughout the day 
The salary will be experience dependable with a £40,000 realistic OTE

The dealership has an outstanding bonus scheme in place heavily based on exceptional customer service and therefore the potential earnings are outstanding. 

You will be based in the Crawley, West Sussex area working at our clients Car Dealership.
