Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a fresh opportunity in a supportive, friendly environment? Our client, a well-established independent specialist garage with an outstanding reputation, is seeking a dedicated individual to manage and enhance their Service and Workshop Department.

Our client has been established for over 20 years, running a very popular independent garage specialising in one of the biggest brands in the business!

Located on the West side of Southampton, this business is accessible of Junction 2 on M27, with good links to the New Forest and and the A35.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
  • Efficiently handle customer enquiries and service bookings.
  • Accurately manage the service department’s schedule to align with workshop capacity.
  • Qualify customer service needs and help diagnose vehicle concerns when appropriate.
  • Coordinate loan vehicles and manage their handovers.
  • Explain completed work to customers clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain safe working practices and adhere to company standards.
