  • Basic Salary - Up to £35,000
  • OTE £47,000
  • Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 with 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings (Flexible Working Patterns can be discussed) 
  • 33 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.

Our client is a large automotive business. They are looking to add an MOT Tester to their ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities of an MOT Tester:
  • Perform MOT tests to the highest standards, ensuring vehicle safety and compliance with all DVSA guidelines
  • Conduct thorough inspections, identify faults, and recommend repairs as needed
  • Keep accurate records and provide clear reports for each vehicle tested
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and workshop staff to deliver top-quality customer service
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace in compliance with dealership and safety standards.
Requirements for this MOT Tester position:
  • Valid MOT license and experience in a similar role, ideally within a dealership or motor trade environment
  • Proficient in vehicle inspections, fault diagnosis, and safety checks
  • Commitment to quality work and customer safety
  • Ability to work well with colleagues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for every client
Benefits the Successful MOT Tester Will Receive:
  • A basic salary up to £35,000 with an OTE of £47,000
