Senior Service Advisor Required in the Crawley Area
  • £32,000 Basic Salary + £40,000 OTE
  • Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid at overtime rate

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Main Dealer Service Advisor role or similar.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team with excellent earning potential. The salary reflects the seniority of the role, with a basic pay of £32,000 and an achievable £40,000 OTE.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service department, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Service Advisor will include:
  • Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians.
  • Liaising with customers about any additional work required.
  • Greeting customers and scheduling services.
  • Estimating time and costs associated with repairs.
  • Handling customer complaints professionally.
  • Responding promptly to customer requests.
  • Tracking the vehicle’s progress through the workshop.
