- Location: Croydon
- Salary: £32k Basic + £3k OTE
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm, no weekends!
Duties of a Service Advisor:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Schedule service and repair appointments, ensuring efficient use of the workshop.
- Accurately record customer concerns and pass information to the workshop team.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process, updating them on progress and any changes.
- Prepare and present invoices, explaining repairs and services clearly to customers.
- Upsell additional services, repairs, or products where appropriate.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by managing bookings, courtesy vehicles, and follow-up appointments.
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with Keyloop or RTC dealer management systems is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
