Our client, a well-established and highly respected independent garage operating in Worthing, West Sussex, has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their expanding team.

This business, with over 30 years of successful trading, specialises in some of the leading automotive brands and manufacturers. Renowned for delivering exceptional service across Worthing and surrounding areas, they are now looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to support their continued growth.

Duties of a Parts Advisor with our Client
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with parts enquiries and orders
  • Accurately identify and source required parts for customers and the workshop
  • Manage stock levels, ensuring timely reordering of parts and consumables
  • Liaise with suppliers to maintain strong working relationships
  • Process warranty claims and returns, following supplier and manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
  • Promote relevant offers and promotions to customers
  • Conduct weekly stock checks and ensure accurate recording of stock movements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive sector
