  • Monday to Friday 8AM - 5.30PM with Saturday Morning on rota

Our client, a well-established Main Dealer group is actively looking to hire an experienced Parts Advisor for their Brighton site.

Our Client a large automotive dealership group covering over 10 sites and over 6 well established automotive brands, are currently seeking a Vehicle Technician for their busy dealership within Brighton. They have recently gone through an extensive development project and you will be benefitting from a brand new workshop and showroom environment!

Duties of a Parts Advisor with our Client
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with parts enquiries and orders
  • Accurately identify and source required parts for customers and the workshop
  • Manage stock levels, ensuring timely reordering of parts and consumables
  • Liaise with suppliers to maintain strong working relationships
  • Process warranty claims and returns, following supplier and manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient parts department
  • Promote relevant offers and promotions to customers
  • Conduct weekly stock checks and ensure accurate recording of stock movements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive sector
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • A proactive, organised, and team-oriented approach
  • Physical capability to handle stock items (within legal limits)
