  • Salary: Up to £45,000 OTE + additional bonuses
Our client, a well-established family-owned motor dealer group, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Aftersales Manager to join their dealership in Bolton. Key Responsibilities for the Aftersales Manager:
  • Oversee the Aftersales Department, managing a team of technicians, service, and parts advisors.
  • Monitor performance, driving improvements and growth across the department.
  • Control costs to achieve profit targets while maintaining margins and managing expenses effectively.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences, addressing concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Set and meet dealership targets in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Embed company values within the department, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment
What We’re Looking For in the right Aftersales Manager:
  • Proven experience as an automotive Aftersales Manager within a franchised dealership.
  • Ideally, volume franchise experience, though not essential.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge and RTC systems is advantageous.
  • A hands-on management style, capable of driving team and business performance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
