Paint Sprayer Vacancy - Kettering Accident Repair Centre
  • Basic Salary: up to £17.50 per hour + bonus 
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • No Weekends 
My client is a reputable Accident Repair Centre based in the Kettering area. They are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their growing workshop. You will need at least 3 years of experience and an ATA qualification is preferred but not essential.

As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a big role in transforming damaged vehicles into stunning works of art. Your expertise in paint application and finishing will contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal and quality of our vehicles. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share your interest in getting things right first time to maximise everyone's efficiency bonus. 

Responsibilities of a Paint Technician:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting. 
  • Running your own spray booth.
  • Ensure smooth and even coverage, while paying meticulous attention to detail.
  • Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve optimal paint application.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and uphold quality standards.
  • Checking the paint job is acceptable to refit. 
Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the field 
  • ATA qualification (Preferred)
  • Attention to detail
  • Pride in your work
