Our client, a thriving Bodyshop in the Plumstead, South London area, is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Bodyshop Parts Advisor to join their busy and friendly team.

The Bodyshop Parts Advisor will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department within the Bodyshop. This role involves working closely with the workshop and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient parts supply, stock management, and customer satisfaction.

Duties of a Bodyshop Parts Advisor:
  • Handle all parts-related inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Source and supply automotive parts for the workshop team and retail customers.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, conducting regular checks, and placing timely orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Ensure all parts orders are processed quickly to avoid delays in vehicle repairs.
  • Maintain a well-organised and tidy parts department.
