Parts Supervisor / Parts Manager Required in Bromley
  • Salary: £33,000 Basic + OTE £40,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm or 7:30am – 5:30pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis (currently 1 in 3), 8am – 2pm (paid as additional hours).
We are currently working with a prestigious Motor Trade Dealership located in Bromley. With a long-standing reputation for excellence, this dealership has built a reputation for exceptional customer service and innovative automotive solutions.

They are seeking a highly motivated Parts Supervisor / Parts Manager to join their Parts Department team. This is a key leadership role, requiring someone who can oversee the department's operations, manage a small team, and ensure efficient stock control while delivering outstanding customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of the Parts Department’s day-to-day hustle, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine and customers grinning from ear to ear.
  • Be the mastermind behind stock control—ensure shelves are perfectly stocked, inventory checks are spot-on, and no part ever goes astray.
  • Be the go-to superhero for internal and external customers, building connections that last and keeping everyone smiling.
  • Dive into performance metrics, crunch the numbers, and showcase the department’s winning streak with detailed reports.
  • Team up with other departments to create a seamless workflow where parts move faster than a pit crew on race day.
  • Keep supplier relationships strong and standards sky-high—think of it as being the glue that keeps everyone on the same page.
  • Hit those budget goals like a pro, smashing manufacturer parts purchase targets and setting the department up for success.
What Our Clients Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Parts Advisor or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to meeting departmental targets.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and a solid understanding of automotive parts.
