We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Parts Advisor to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. Based in our Worthing dealership, this role will involve managing and coordinating parts inquiries, ordering, and sourcing vehicle parts, and ensuring efficient delivery to the workshop.

- Provide expert advice and support to customers in person, over the phone, and via email regarding vehicle parts inquiries and availability
- Utilize the dealer management system (preferably Kerridge) to accurately process parts orders, ensuring correct pricing, stock levels, and timely delivery
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to identify and source the required parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain parts information, availability, and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of parts orders, stock levels, and transactions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the parts department
- Strong administrative skills, preferably with experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in dealer management systems, particularly Kerridge
- Experience in parts ordering and inventory management is desirable, although training will be provided
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide accurate information
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to use initiative
- Automotive/Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
