  • Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000+ (Negotiable) + Bonus
  • Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
  • Weekends: None currently, but contract may state 1 in 2/3 Saturdays in future
Our client, a respected accident repair centre in Brighton, is seeking a skilled Panel Beater / MET Technician to join their growing team. They are looking for someone with experience in both Panel Beating and Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET) work, making this an exciting hybrid role.

The business is a trusted part of one of the largest franchise networks in the UK, working with leading insurance companies and trade clients. They are building up their insurance repair work, offering a great opportunity for growth and development.

What’s on Offer for a Panel Beater / MET Technician?
  • Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
  • Bonus scheme
  • Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
  • No weekends currently (future rota: 1 in 2/3 Saturdays possible)

What Will You Be Doing as a Panel Beater / MET Technician?
  • Carrying out Panel Beating and MET repairs on a range of vehicles, ensuring a high standard of work.
  • Replacing or repairing damaged vehicle areas, including mechanical and trim components.
  • Keeping a tidy and organised workspace.
What Do You Need to Succeed as a Panel Beater / MET Technician?
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience in both Panel Beating and MET work is essential.
  • Ideally, you will hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Vehicle Body Repair or MET.
  • A proven background in a busy bodyshop environment.
  • Ability to prioritise, plan, and work to tight deadlines.
  • Your own fully stocked toolbox.
  • A hands-on, team-focused approach with pride in delivering a great customer experience.
