Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership | Warwickshire
  • Location: Coventry
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (depending on experience) | OTE £40,000+
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (paid as overtime)

Our client, a well-established main dealership in Coventry, is looking for a qualified Service Technician to join their modern, well-equipped workshop. With a strong focus on staff well-being and career progression, they offer a supportive work environment, excellent job security, and fantastic manufacturer training opportunities including EV training.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Perform preventative and reactive repairs based on customer requests
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to dealership standards
  • Communicate with the Service Department on repair status and completion times
  • Work collaboratively within the workshop, assisting teammates during peak times
What Our Client is Looking For in a Vehicle Technician:
  • IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Previous workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician/Service Technician
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently
  • MOT Licence preferred but not essential
  • A great team player with a proactive approach
