Panel Beater Required in Orpington
  • Pay: Up to £60,000 Basic + Bonus
  • Hours: 40 hours per week – Flexible start between 6 AM and 9 AM (Monday - Friday ONLY)

    Our client, a leading Crash Repair Workshop with an excellent reputation for quality workmanship, is looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join their professional team in Orpington.

    As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for:
    • Carrying out high-quality panel repairs, replacements, and alignments
    • Using specialist tools and techniques to restore vehicles to manufacturer standards
    • Ensuring all work meets safety and quality control standards
    • Working efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity
    • Keeping a clean, safe, and professional working environment
    What We’re Looking For in the successful Panel Beater:
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (either with a main dealer or independent bodyshop)
    • Multi-brand experience is highly desirable
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills
    • ATA or NVQ qualifications are advantageous but not essential
