Vehicle Technician Vacancy - Independent Garage - Flitwick 
  • Basic Salary Range £30,000 - £40,000 (experience based)
  • Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (Flexible) 
  • Part Time Days worked available 
  • Able to work self employed if you choose to. 
  • Discounts / Able to work on/service your own vehicle 
  • Qualifications preferred but not necessary to apply. 
  • Medium sized workshop - 5 ramps. 
  • Working mainly on Cars and a few Vans. 
My client is a long-standing independent garage. Established in the 80's, they've been servicing the Beds and Bucks region with excellent Car and Van service and repairs. They're now looking for a new technician to join their workshop. 

The workshop itself is well kept and updated over the years. Currently they're working with 5 ramps. They have a great reputation and are a popular choice for many customers/clients. Based in Flitwick it's located perfectly for commuters coming from Luton, Bedford, Milton Keynes and Northampton. 

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:
  • Fulfilling a range of repairs, mainly to cars with some vans.
  • Dealing with customers when required
  • Ensuring the workshop is clean/tidy. 
  • Reporting and logging paperwork for work completed.
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
  • Level 2 / 3 Qualified Technician Ideally (Time-served is fine)
  • Experience Servicing Cars/Vans
  • Ability to undergo most repairs effectively and efficiently
  • MOT License Desirable but not needed.
