The dealership is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Service Advisor to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Senior Service Advisor, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and support throughout their vehicle ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Service Advisor:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and guidance on service and maintenance needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose customer concerns.

Requirements for this Senior Service Advisor role:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for service management and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
