My Client is a leading commercial main dealership in the Poole area of Bournemouth, dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to valued customers. The dealership is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Service Advisor to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Senior Service Advisor, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and support throughout their vehicle ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Service Advisor:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and guidance on service and maintenance needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose customer concerns.
  • Prepare and present detailed service estimates, explaining necessary repairs and maintenance procedures.
  • Facilitate effective communication between customers and the service team to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Monitor and follow up on service progress, keeping customers informed of any updates or changes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
Requirements for this Senior Service Advisor role:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for service management and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
