They are seeking applicants with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, providing a high level of customer service, and a desire to learn more about the Motor Trade.
Our Client is open to applicants with no prior motor trade experience, or whether you have experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, Workshop Controller or within either a Main Dealer or Independent garage setting, this is a great position for you!

What’s in it for you a Service Advisor?
- Basic Salary ranging from £28,000 - £34,000 dependent on experience

- Assist in leading the team acting with regards to controlling the flow of jobs through the workshop.
- Monitoring, planning, and progressing work for other team members.
- Identify upselling opportunities organising with service advisors to complete sales leads.
- Prepare vehicles and paperwork for handover.
- Ensuring work rate is efficient and monthly KPI targets are being achieved.
- Report on a weekly/monthly basis on gross profit margins and set financial. generate and continuously improve the workshops’ ability to increase and/or exceed set targets.
- Install a positive customer service approach across the team,
- Deal with customer complaints/queries.
- Day to day management of employees to ensure KPIs and agreed financial targets are met.
- Monitor spending on stock/consumables and control levels and costs of purchases.
- Order of parts required for all jobs, ensuring parts are correct and they have been labelled clearly with vehicle registration upon arrival.
- Strong automotive technical knowledge.
- English proficiency is a must in both verbal and written ability.
- Previous experience with a leadership role.
- Excellent customer service levels.
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Experience using Techman DMS is helpful but not essential.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication with senior management and employees.
- Able to manage and deliver KPIs.
- Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean.
