Position: Paint Sprayer
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (Depending on experience)
Hours: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a crucial role in refinishing vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
  • Mixing and matching paint colours to achieve a perfect match
  • Applying paint using spray guns and other equipment, ensuring even coverage and a high-quality finish
  • Inspecting painted vehicles for defects and correcting any issues
  • Working efficiently to meet deadlines and customer expectations
  • Maintaining a clean and organised spray booth and workspace
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in the automotive repair industry
  • Strong knowledge of paint mixing, matching, and application techniques
  • Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting tools and equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
