A well known main dealer in Bedford is now looking to take on a new Aftersales Manager. They are offering the successful applicant a highly competitive basic salary which will be based on your current salary and experience. They are well known for making offers which look to top your current salary.

This company offers a comfortable, modern place of work which houses an excellent aftersales team. If you're an experience Service or Aftersales Manager looking for a new opportunity, this role is one to check out. 

Within this Aftersales Manager role you will be responsible for:
  • Leading the Aftersales Department.
  • Managing a team of Service Advisors and Technicians.
  • You will manage interactions with customers, ensuring they are up keep up to speed with their bookings.
  • Manage communication between the workshop to chase work progress.
  • Promoting up-selling on additional products and services where possible, and keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle whilst taking payments for work completed.
  • You will need to be experienced in effective management, having a good knowledge of the policies in place within a main dealership aftersales department
