Do you have experience of working in a customer-focused service department? Have you got experience of working in the Motor Trade? Are you in commutable distance to Edinburgh West? If you answered Yes to any of these then You might just be the perfect fit.

I am currently working with a client who is looking for an experienced Service Advisor for their franchised dealership in the Edinburgh West region.

What is needed as a Service Advisor:
  • Possess fantastic Customer Service abilities.
  • Have previous experience of working in the Motor Trade Service Department.
  • Comfortable in being in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have the ability to update customers on the progress of their vehicles.
  • Comfortable in dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Able to relay information and updates between the workshop Technicians and the customer.
  • Able to upsell warranties/products/service plans.
  • Can maintain good up-to-date knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and warranty policies.
  • Able to maintain accurate customer records.
