Are you an experienced Senior Service Advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive industry? We are working with a well-established, family-run dealership based in Ipswich that is seeking a skilled Senior Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team.
  • Location: Ipswich
  • Salary: Up to £30,000 Basic + Strong Bonus Scheme
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Saturday mornings on a rota)

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Service Advisor:
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, offering expert advice and exceptional service.
  • Coordinate service bookings, repairs, and maintenance to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers and the workshop to manage expectations and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Upsell additional services, warranties, and accessories, contributing to the dealership's growth and success.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle histories, and service activities.
  • Ensure all customer service interactions meet the highest standards of professionalism.
What we’re looking for in a Senior Service Advisor:
  • Automotive experience is essential for this role – proven experience as a Senior Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive sector.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.
  • A proactive attitude towards upselling and achieving targets.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
