- Criteria: Previous as a Retail Manager, General Manager, Sales Manager or similar within the industry.
Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring that every sales inquiry follows the Company’s sales process.
- Efficiently manage available resources to achieve business objectives, including sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer loyalty, and others. Adjust strategies as needed.
- Analyse diverse data sets for swift, decisive, and effective decision-making to enhance departmental operations and achieve outstanding results.
- Set clear objectives for all employees, aligning them with departmental and business goals.
- Foster a consultative and supportive working environment for employees within your business area.
- Proven track record in a senior sales managerial position within a franchise dealership.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
