We are currently working with a well-established Motor Trade Dealership Group who have been operating the London, Kent and Surrey region for over successful 70 years and counting. Our client prides itself on the countless Automotive recognised employee industry award it has won over the past 10 years and represents 8 different vehicle manufacturers. 

They are seeking an Experienced Parts Sales Advisor who has at least 2 years experience within a Main Dealership; or from a similar environment, to join and support the work of their Parts Sales Operation within a B2B Automotive supplier environment. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such, the rewards and benefits they offset set them apart from other Car Parts Suppliers in their local area. 

Our Client is offering the successful Parts Sales Advisor:
  • £29,000 Basic Salary / £34,000 OTE
  • Monday To Friday 7am - 5.30pm Only
  • NO Weekends
  • Main Car Dealership Trade Parts Environment
  • Automotive Parts Experience & Kerridge DMS Background Required
Within this Part Sales Advisor role your typical duties will include: 
  • Responding to customer sales  ordering ,queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
  • Escalating customer issues with senior parts advisors and management when the need arises
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers
  • Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied
  • Staying up to date with products, services and policies by attending training sessions
  • Ensuring that they accurately comprehend customer requests and issues by confirming and clarifying information
  • Upselling products and services where possible and actively working towards reaching sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and completing call logs and reports
  • Parts look up and pre pick customer orders 
We would love to hear from experienced Parts Advisors, be that those fresh to the trade, or those who have started their progression journey to Parts Sales Supervisor.
