For this role you will be:
- Support the Head of Business in upholding brand standards and cultivating strong partnerships.
- Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing service team to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving set goals.
- Effectively manage resources to maximise workshop efficiency and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Supervise booking schedules to maintain proper workshop allocation and ensure efficient time management.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting additional services and products to customers.
- Analyse financial goals and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and addressing any concerns with the Head of Business as needed.
- Respond to customer complaints swiftly and professionally, ensuring fair resolutions and taking corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Promote a team culture that values high performance, accountability, and excellence.
- Demonstrated success in a Service Manager role within the automotive sector.
- Proven track record of guiding, mentoring, and building high-performing teams to surpass objectives.
- A customer-focused mindset with the capability to foster a culture of ongoing improvement.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry standards and core service processes in the automotive field.
- Outstanding leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong dedication to maintaining top-notch service quality.
- Possession of a valid driving license with no major infractions.
- Prior experience managing an automotive service department or aftersales operation is a must.
