About Our Client: Our client, a renowned dealership in Worthing, West Sussex, is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Controller to oversee their used car operations.

Representing some of the leading automotive brands, this business is known for its exceptional customer service across Worthing and the surrounding areas. With a growing stock of quality used vehicles, they’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to take charge of their used car department and drive profitability.

Duties of a Used Car Sales Controller:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the used car sales department
  • Source and buy stock to maintain optimal vehicle inventory
  • Manage Auto Trader listings and online advertising platforms
  • Conduct second-facing to support the Sales Team and close deals
  • Ensure compliance with finance and insurance regulations
  • Maximise sales of accessories, finance, and insurance products
  • Monitor and achieve departmental sales targets and profitability goals
  • Implement and manage processes to improve deal profitability
  • Maintain excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
What Our Client Expects from Their Used Car Sales Controller:
  • Proven experience in used car sales management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
  • Ability to buy in stock and manage vehicle inventory effectively
  • Skilled in managing Auto Trader listings and digital marketing platforms
