We have an exciting opportunity with a prestigious car dealership in Ipswich, seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join their team as a Warranty Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term career progression in the luxury automotive sector.

Our client is open to part-time hours and offers flexibility around working times. The suggested hours are 9am to 3pm, but they are happy to discuss alternative schedules that work for you.

Key Responsibilities as a Warranty Advisor:
  • Manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies.
  • Liaise with manufacturers to process warranty claims and secure approvals.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all warranty claims.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with the service and parts teams to resolve any warranty-related issues.
The Ideal Warranty Advisor Candidate:
  • Previous experience in warranty administration within the automotive industry is ideal, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • A passion for luxury cars or the automotive industry would be beneficial.
