Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to come off the tools? Do you have experience managing a team? Do you have experience of leading a workshop? Are you able to make sure that the workshop is running smoothly? Can you motivate your team to keep them to tight deadlines? If you answered Yes to any of these then You might just be the perfect fit.

I am currently working with a large franchised dealership who is looking for someone that can come into the business and keep the workshop running smoothly and providing a top customer service for their site located In Christchurch.

What is needed as a Workshop Controller:
  • Previous experience working within a workshop or Service department.
  • Able to delegate jobs to the right technicians depending on skill level.
  • Can keep make sure Technicians keep to tight deadlines.
  • Able to help nurture and develop apprentices.
  • Able to prepare and process paperwork correctly.
  • Can deal with customer queries.
  • Can keep the workshop compliant to the manufacturer.
