Service Advisor Required in Crawley 

  • Salary: £32,000 Basic
  • Hours: Monday - Friday only! No weekends!
Our client, a well-established and family-run car service centre in Crawley, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team. Operating since 1975, they take pride in delivering exceptional service across all makes and models of vehicles, building a strong reputation with a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Booking in vehicles for servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
  • Liaising with technicians and updating customers on progress and any additional work required.
  • Providing accurate estimates and processing invoices efficiently.
  • Managing workshop schedules to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a garage, service centre, or dealership.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • A good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes (preferred).
