- Basic Salary: £20,000 + Bonus
- OTE: £40,000+ (Uncapped)

- Week 1 - Monday to Saturday
- Week 2 - Monday to Saturday (Day off during the week)
- No Sundays
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
