We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Car Sales Executive to join a growing premium used car dealership in Strood, Kent. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional who is eager to earn £60,000+ OTE while working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

The Package & Benefits:
  • £22,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £60,000+
  • 5-day working week, structured as follows:
    • Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 19:30 (1-hour break)
    • Saturday: 08:30 - 18:00
    • Sunday: 09:30 - 17:00

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting customers in finding their ideal vehicle
  • Providing expert product knowledge and a seamless buying experience
  • Hitting sales targets and maximising earning potential through an uncapped commission structure
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in car sales or a strong background in retail sales
  • Target-driven with a desire to maximise earnings
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Full UK driving licence required
