Our client, a Multi-Brand Dealer Group with sites across the South East of England, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join their team in Eastbourne. This well-established group is known for its dedication to providing a personal, friendly service with a long-term commitment to customer care—for both the individual and the vehicle.

  • Competitive Bonus Structure: Realistic OTE of £50,000, with top performers earning above this!

    • Monday–Friday: 8:30 am–6:00 pm (4 out of 5 days with 1 weekday off).

    Duties of a Car Sales Executive with our Client:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering a first-class experience throughout their journey.
    • Achieve sales targets by managing leads, attending product launches, and following up with prospects.
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of the product range through manufacturer-led training.
    • Provide exceptional service that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Work efficiently and accurately within a team to uphold the dealership's high standards.
    What our Client is Looking For in a Car Sales Executive:
    • Car Sales Experience: Essential for this role.
    • Skills: Confident communication, organisational skills, and the ability to manage customer appointments.
    • Attitude: A positive mindset, a “can-do” attitude, and a passion for delivering results.
    • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
