  • Salary Range: £32,000 - £45,000 (Depending on qualifications)
  • Uncapped Earnings: Up to £60,000
  • Working Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Our client, a ell-known and reputable main dealership, is looking for an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality vehicles, develop new skills, and be part of a supportive, friendly environment that values its staff.

Key Responsibilities for a Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to a high standard, ensuring all work follows manufacturer guidelines for reliability and safety
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
  • Provide technical advice to customers as needed, ensuring professional and clear communication
  • Maintain high customer service standards, building trust and fostering repeat business
  • Work closely with the service reception and workshop control teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Offer support and guidance to fellow Technicians, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For in a Vehicle Technician: 
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
  • A strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
  • A valid MOT licence is advantageous, but not required
