- Salary: Up to £37,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- OTE: Up to £47,000 + 9% employer pension contribution + overtime opportunities
- Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 days a week, shifts between 7am - 8pm (Monday - Sunday)
Key Responsibilities as a Roadside Vehicle Technician:
- Diagnose and repair roadside vehicle issues, including battery replacements, tyre changes, and fuel-related faults.
- Provide expert advice and reassurance to customers, ensuring they understand the issue and solution.
- Work independently while coordinating with the dispatch team for job assignments.
- Maintain high health & safety standards and adhere to best practices.
- Keep accurate records of work completed.
- NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, ideally in a roadside assistance role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
