Roadside Technician – Warwickshire
  • Salary: Up to £37,000 base salary (depending on experience)
  • OTE: Up to £47,000 + 9% employer pension contribution + overtime opportunities
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 days a week, shifts between 7am - 8pm (Monday - Sunday)
As a Roadside Technician, you will play a vital role in providing roadside assistance to customers across Warwickashire. Operating from a fully equipped company vehicle, you will diagnose and resolve vehicle issues, ensuring customers are back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.

Key Responsibilities as a Roadside Vehicle Technician:
  • Diagnose and repair roadside vehicle issues, including battery replacements, tyre changes, and fuel-related faults.
  • Provide expert advice and reassurance to customers, ensuring they understand the issue and solution.
  • Work independently while coordinating with the dispatch team for job assignments.
  • Maintain high health & safety standards and adhere to best practices.
  • Keep accurate records of work completed.
Requirements for this Roadside Vehicle Technician role:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, ideally in a roadside assistance role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
