- Location: Chiswick, West London
- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Basic + £40,000 Realistic OTE
- Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a rota
- DMS Used: Kerridge
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor with our client:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and advice.
- Schedule vehicle service and repair appointments efficiently.
- Liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair work required.
- Upsell additional products and services where applicable.
- Ensure all paperwork and invoicing is completed correctly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet dealership targets.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership or independent garage.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Kerridge or similar DMS (Dealer Management System).
- A passion for providing top-level customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
