  • Salary: £23,795.20 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £350 per month in bonuses!

Our client, a well-established and continually evolving brand based in Norwich, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Handover & Product Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of ensuring customers have an outstanding experience as they transition into their new products. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving brand success.

What’s on offer:
  • Salary: £23,795.20 basic salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £350 per month in bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Expertise: Be the go-to person for product information, assisting customers with detailed product knowledge and support throughout their handover experience.
  • Customer Handover: Manage the handover process for customers, ensuring smooth transitions and full understanding of their product.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide a high level of service to customers, answering queries and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of products and information, contributing to a positive, team-focused work environment.
What we’re looking for:
  • A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product details clearly.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (product specialist, handover, or customer service) is advantageous.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work, including working Saturdays with a day off back in lieu.
