We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established multi-brand car dealership in Peterborough for a Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. If you thrive in a target-driven environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Details of the Car Sales Executive Role:
  • Basic Salary: £20,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm (day off during the week)
  • Saturdays: 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Sundays: 11:00am - 4:00pm (on a rota)
  • Company Car and Commission Structure
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be the face of the dealership, helping customers to find their ideal car.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs.
  • Presenting and demonstrating a wide range of vehicles across multiple brands.
  • Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to closing the deal.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Maximising sales opportunities to achieve and exceed your targets.
