Your Role as a Service Manager:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the service department
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Manage workshop efficiency, job allocation, and technician performance
  • Handle bookings, invoicing, and service sales
  • Drive the team to meet targets and maintain high standards
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor, or similar role
