We are recruiting for a Hands-On Workshop Controller to join a thriving main dealership in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career with a business that truly values its team.

The Role as a Workshop Controller: 
  • 50/50 split between workshop management and working on the tools
  • Overseeing and supporting the technician team to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Managing job flow, allocating work, and liaising with the service department
  • Providing hands-on support in the workshop when needed
  • Ensuring high standards of service and repair work are met
What We’re Looking For:
  • An experienced Workshop Controller OR a Senior Technician looking to step up
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • A hands-on approach with excellent technical knowledge
  • Experience in a main dealer or independent workshop environment
  • A full UK driving licence
