Bodyshop Prepper required for Accident Repair Centre
  • Location: Redditch
  • Salary: Up To £18 p/h (DOE)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday only, Flexible working hours (40 & 45 hour week available)
Our client, a reputable Accident Repair Centre in Redditch, is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Prepper to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a skilled and professional team in a busy and fast-paced environment.

The Bodyshop Prepper will be:
  • Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, priming, and filling.
  • Ensuring surfaces are smooth and ready for refinishing.
  • Working to high industry standards to achieve excellent results.
  • Identifying and rectifying any imperfections before paint application.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
  • Adhering to Health & Safety procedures at all times.
  • Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver quality workmanship.
Skills & Experience Required in this Bodyshop Prepper role:
  • Previous experience as a Bodyshop Prepper in a busy accident repair centre.
  • Strong knowledge of preparation techniques, including sanding, filling, and priming.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately to a high standard.
  • A keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and hard-working attitude.
