Are you a driven and experienced Aftersales Manager looking for your next challenge? A leading prestige car dealership in West London is seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Manager to take charge of their thriving operation.

In this highly influential position, you will lead a dedicated team of 50 of automotive skilled professionals, supported by an experienced management group. Your mission is to drive customer satisfaction and aftersales profitability, ensuring the dealership delivers an exceptional experience that aligns with the prestige brand’s values. Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will play a key role in both the dealership’s leadership team and the wider group’s aftersales strategy.

Key Responsibilities of an Aftersales Manager with our client:

  • Oversee service operations and streamline processes for maximum efficiency

  • Valid UK Driver’s License
