- SALARY: £25,000 basic salary plus performance-related commission with a £42,500+ uncapped annual on-target-earnings.
- HOURS: Mon to Sat with one scheduled day off in the week and one in two Sun.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working as part of a small sales team, as a Business Manager/Sales Controller your key responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Oversee the sales team through our client's sales process ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Prepare and provide detailed information about pricing, specifications, and financing options to customers.
- Negotiate sales agreements and finalise vehicle purchases, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales documentation and contracts.
- Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends.
