As a Paint Sprayer / Prepper, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring vehicles are finished to the highest standard, ready for customers.
Your responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer will include:
- Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mixing and matching paint to the correct specifications.
- Applying primer and topcoat with accuracy and efficiency.
- Polishing and refinishing vehicles to a high-quality standard.
- Conducting final quality checks to ensure work meets safety and manufacturer standards.
- Working on a variety of makes and models using top-of-the-line equipment and materials.
- Collaborating with a skilled team to achieve outstanding results for customers.
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer / Prepper in a crash repair or accident repair workshop.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Knowledge of modern paint application techniques and equipment.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (No weekend work!)
- Pay: £18 - £22 per hour (DOE)
- Holiday: 22 days holiday + bank holidays.
