  • Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per year
  • Job Type: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (1 in 3 Saturday mornings)

Our client is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team, ensuring the efficient management of stock, vendor relations, and order processing. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth inventory operations. Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities of the Parts Advisor:
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and monitor supplier performance.
  • Accurately process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Oversee stock control, conduct regular inventory audits, and maintain organised storage.
  • Handle receiving, shipping, and international customs clearance.
  • Support sales teams by ensuring product availability and fulfilling customer orders.
  • Process returns, warranties, refunds, and replacements efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on product quality and non-conformity's.
