Parts Supervisor Vacancy - Bedford Main Dealer 
  • Basic Salary: up to £29,000 + Bonus
  • OTE: £35,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • Occasional Saturday work 
My client, a Bedford main dealer, is now looking for a Parts Supervisor to join their parts department. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge of a new brand, assisting the workshop, other departments, trade and retail customers.

In this role, you will be assisting in the management of the Parts Department, so any experience in team leading will be valuable in your application.

Parts Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong working relationships with the Aftersales Team to ensure a smooth flow of information that is timely, accurate, and clear.
  • Maintain complete and accurate electronic records for all parts and inventory.
  • Ensure all documentation is aligned with governing quality standards and is completed accurately.
  • Oversee and ensure accurate perpetual stock takes are completed consistently.
Requirements for this Parts Supervisor role:
  • Proven experience within the parts department (Essential). Experience as a Parts Advisor looking to move into a supervisor position is also considered.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with quality standards and stock management procedures.
