Perfect Placement a leading Automotive Recruitment Consultancy is working on behalf of a family-run, newly established workshop based in Chessington, to find a dedicated MOT Tester to join their team.

Key Responsibilities of the MOT Tester:
  • Conduct Class 4 MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations.
  • Assist with repairs on MOT failures to ensure vehicles meet required standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of MOT tests and necessary repairs.
  • Work collaboratively with the existing MOT Tester and workshop team to maintain efficiency.
  • Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organised.
MOT Tester Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A valid DVSA MOT Licence (Class 4 required).
  • Experience: Previous experience as an MOT Tester in a workshop setting.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to carry out minor repairs.
  • Team Player: Must be comfortable working alongside another dedicated MOT Tester and supporting the workshop team.
